Der Veranstalter ist: Rhino Products B.V. mit Sitz in Orionpoort 3, 5971LZ Venlo-Grubbenvorst, Niederlande. Der Wettbewerb steht Einwohnern der Europäischen Union offen, mit Ausnahme von Mitarbeitern von Rhino Products und deren Familienangehörigen. Das Gewinnspiel wird in keiner Weise von Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder verwaltet und steht auch nicht mit Instagram in Verbindung.

Der Wettbewerb wird organisiert, um den Rohrträger PorteTube Pro von Rhino Product zu bewerben.

Für die Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb sind keine Teilnahmegebühr und kein Kauf erforderlich.

Durch die Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb erklärt ein Teilnehmer sein Einverständnis mit den vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen.

Die Wettbewerbsregeln und die Teilnahmebedingungen lauten wie folgt:

Das Gewinnspiel wird auf unseren Instagram-Profilen Rhino Products Nederland und Rhino Products Deutschland organisiert.

Um an der Verlosung teilzunehmen, muss ein Teilnehmer unsere letzten 10 Beiträge mit „Gefällt mir“ markieren und einen Kommentar unter dem Verlosungsbeitrag hinterlassen. Der Wettbewerb beginnt am Montag, den 10 Juli 2023. Einsendeschluss ist Freitag, der 30 Juli 2023, 17:00 Uhr. Nach diesem Datum werden keine weiteren Wettbewerbsbeiträge mehr verlost.

Um an diesem Wettbewerb teilnehmen zu können, muss der Teilnehmer mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein.

Der Preis ist wie folgt:

• 2x PorteTube Pro, 3m lang, im Wert von je 375 € netto.

Der Preis ist wie angegeben und es wird kein Bargeld oder eine Alternative angeboten. Der Gewinn ist nicht übertragbar. Der Gewinn wird innerhalb der EU (Festland) verschickt.

Die Gewinner, einer pro Rhino-Profil, werden nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt. Die Auslosung erfolgt am Montag 31 Juli 2023 und wird am Dienstag 01 August 2023 auf unseren Instagram-Konten bekannt gegeben – der Gewinner erhält eine Direktnachricht mit den Möglichkeiten, seinen Preis einzufordern.

Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit abzusagen oder zu ändern.

Alle Änderungen am Wettbewerb werden den Teilnehmern vom Veranstalter so schnell wie möglich mitgeteilt.

The competition is open to residents of the European Union, except employees of Rhino Products and their family members. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

The competition is organised to promote Rhino Product’s PorteTube Pro pipe carrier.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The giveaway is organised on our Instagram profiles: Rhino Products Nederland and Rhino Products Deutschland.

To enter the giveaway an entrant has to like our last 5 posts and leave a comment under the giveaway post. Details of how to enter can be also found by visiting our Rhino Products Nederland and Rhino Products Deutschland Instagram profiles.

The competition starts on Monday 10^th July 2023. Closing date for entries will be 5pm on Friday 30^th  July 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be included in the draw.

The entrant must be 18 or older to take part in this competition.

The prize is as follows:

• 2x PorteTube Pro, 3m long, with value of € 375 net each.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize will be send within the EU (mainland).

The winners, one on each Rhino profile, will be chosen at random. They will be drawn on Monday 31^st July 2023 and announced on our Instagram accounts on Tuesday 1^st August 2023 – the winner will receive a direct message with how to claim their prize.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any point. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
